Synopsis
Babi Maklouf Benhamou is a night watchman at the Louvre when the Second World War breaks out. With the German invasion imminent, Jacques Jaujard, then director of the national museums, organises a secret operation to rescue the Louvre's works of art. He entrusts Babi with one of the trucks to transport the masterpieces out of Paris. Agreeing on the condition that his family accompanies him, an epic journey begins — to preserve the Louvre's treasures from the hands of Nazi soldiers, and to save his loved ones as well.
