VFX for films, episodics and commercials
Since 2012, DUSK has delivered visual effects from its Paris studio — from a single invisible fix to several hundred shots across a season. We are one of the few Parisian studios to run VFX and image laboratory under one roof, which keeps colour and texture consistent from the first scout to the final render.
Below are the projects we have worked on, with the directors, production companies and broadcasters behind them. Filter by type, or read the breakdown by format further down.
Episodics
Series work means volume under broadcast deadlines. We build a dedicated team per season and work episode by episode, from on-set supervision through to final compositing.
Les Lionnes (Netflix, Les films entre 2 et 4, dir. Olivier Rosemberg) · Camarades (Arte, Agat Films, dir. Dominique Baumard & Benjamin Charbit) · Becoming Karl Lagerfeld (Disney+, Gaumont Télévision, dir. Jérôme Salle & Audrey Estrougo — 80 compositing shots) · Jusqu’ici tout va bien (Netflix, Elephant Story, dir. Nawell Madani) · Benoît Gênant Officiel (TF1+, Full Players, dir. Eric Lavaine).
Feature films
Feature work runs from period reconstruction to full sequence creation, often shared with other vendors on large productions.
Evil Dead Burn (Warner Bros, Ghost House Pictures, dir. Sébastien Vaniček — 26 VFX shots, FX and 2D/3D compositing) · Les Héros du Louvre (Alexandra Fechner Productions, dir. Eli Chouraqui) · Banquise (Agat Films, dir. Emmanuel Courcol) · Jusqu’au bout (Mona Films, Netflix, dir. Nawell Madani & Ludovic Colbeau-Justin) · Week-end in Taipei (Europacorp, dir. George Huang — 120 shots including de-aging) · Les Trois Mousquetaires — D’Artagnan and Milady (Pathé, Chapter 2, dir. Martin Bourboulon) · Falcon Lake (CinéFrance Studios, dir. Charlotte Le Bon).
Commercials
Advertising runs on short cycles and demands a high level of finish. We handle on-set supervision, CG, photogrammetry, lighting and compositing for brands and agencies.
Polène (three films, including Fleurs de cuir — on-set supervision with drone photogrammetry of the terrain to rebuild the desert in 3D, then photogrammetry modelling of the leather flowers, lighting, rendering and compositing) · Dior (Sheriff Projects) · Lego (Mutt Agency) · Roland Garros x Amazon Prime (Mutt Agency) · Lindt — Lapin d’Or · Givenchy (Sheriff Projects).
